Mmm Hot Bread & Hummus!

I popped to the Co-Op to get some gas and electric plus a scratchcard (I had a dream last night that I won, unfortunately it wasn't true!) and I spotted that they're selling those part-baked bagettes for 50p so I picked some up. Then I saw they had some hummus in the reduced section so now I'm sitting here munching on gorgeous warm bread with lovely creamy hummus on top! Mmm!!

/>I'm going to my mum's for dinner today which will be nice but it also means I shouldn't have a second bagette with hummus on it or I'll be too full for whatever mum is cooking! I'm very tempted though! :op

The other good thing about these bagettes is it means that the heat from the oven helps to warm the house up a bit more.

I didn't think I'd like it then one day it was the only thing that was vegan at a cafe I went to so I tried it and loved it!
